LatTéa is not a franchise. There is no flavor catalog, no regional manager, and nobody from corporate with an opinion about the board. One shop, on SE Division, run by the family that owns it.
That is why the board runs as long as it does. Forty drinks across eight categories, because nobody upstream had to sign off on the list. Two of them are the signatures: the LatTéa and the Jade Apple Cloud.
